We’ve All Been There
We get the chance to win the job of our dreams, excited about the possibilities it would create for our company. You would not want this opportunity to slip by. But what do you do if you have no available resources to complete a challenging task?
The Challenge
This kind of job would not wait for you to hire and train your own staff to start the job. Considering the timing and cost involved plus the tight program required by the developer, you might think of not taking on the job. It Really Did Happen!
This actually did happen to one client (let's call him John for confidentiality reasons). John was a director of an architectural firm in Sydney, a very talented architect who decided to start his own practice. Within a few months, he had the opportunity to win a big job: Provide Construction Certificate Documentation on an approved DA for a 400-unit residential development.

The Problem
John wasn't ready in terms of staff resources and office facilities. He had been a client of Arkitask for his previous small projects. He approached us, and together we worked out a plan to be able to take on his big job.
The Solution: Arkitask
Arkitask is a team of architects, design managers, and Revit documenters who are highly experienced with Australian standards. Their Revit drafting team works remotely, mostly overseas. With a combination of local and overseas staff, we can assure the quality expected by our clients and provide cost savings that surprise.
John’s Decision
John decided to utilise Arkitask, providing him with:
4 Revit documenters
1 design manager
The Arkitask team worked 8 hours every day to assist on his project. John did not have to worry about hiring staff, office space, Revit licenses, or BIM360 licenses.
The Benefits
All staff had direct communication with John on all aspects of the job. With the experience of the Arkitask team, John did not have to worry about documentation and achieving the target completion. All he had to do was coordinating with Arkitask's design manager, maintain his presence with his clients and start securing more jobs for his new practice.
Successful Outcome
Now, eight months from when John and Arkitask started the job, progress has been satisfactory and building has commenced.
Arkitask's Commitment
Arkitask takes pride in working with architectural firms and property developers, helping them produce the same quality they expect while achieving cost savings that benefit their growth.
